Healing Waves: Watercolour and Sound
Immerse yourself in the world of healing sound and meditative art. during this special 3 hour workshop for adults, on Sunday, Feb. 25th, 2024 from 2 pm - 5 pm.
We are honoured to welcome you to the synergy of healing waves, of watercolour painting and of sound healing together!
Heather Robynne, from Heather Robynne Sound, will lead you on a meditative and uplifting sound journey with crystal bowls, chimes, and a variety of other beautiful instruments.
With Heather's soothing sounds in the background, Oana Stefanescu, from Soft Altitude Arts, will guide through your intuitive creation of an abstract watercolour painting based on the theme of the 4 elements: air, water, fire, and earth. You will be completing a watercolour through guided meditation and sound for each element.
A guided meditation for each of the elements will help you access your deeper thoughts and feelings, which you will be able to express through the medium of watercolour paint.
Location: Visual Arts Studio at the Nepean Creative Arts Centre in Bells Corners, at 35 Stafford Rd.
