Our artists will create a series of spring-inspired dragon artworks while using a variety of mediums and techniques. All of the projects will be completed using mainly cool colours and tones, such as blues, greens, greys, and purples.
During our 6 classes together, our artists will explore their creativity while learning how to draw and paint different types of dragons. improving their artistic self-confidence, as they create artworks using the following artistic mediums:
-
Acrylics on canvas - A dragon and castle painting
-
Watercolours on watercolour painting - A dragon rising out of a book
-
Air-dry clay - Sculpture of a miniature dragon
-
Charcoal or pastels - Drawing of a dragon made of stone

The Spring Dragons course will be followed by the Summer Dragons course. At the end of BOTH dragon courses, we will celebrate our artists' creative expression with our very special Juice and Cheese Art Expo where all of their beautiful dragon artwork will be showcased in a gallery-like setting.
At the expo students will have the opportunity of sharing and discussing the artwork they created, with family and friends. Following the student exhibit, all artwork may be brought home. The Juice and Cheese Art Expo is included in the course fee, and the date and time of the Expo will be communicated once the course is in session.
